We've had several users going into threads that are months or even years old and sending multiple replies to them. This is explicitly warned against in our guidelines.

If a thread is over a month old, it's considered a "dead thread". Necroposting means you are replying to one of these threads, "reviving" them.

Failure to abide by this will first result in a warning, then a day-long ban from our Discussions board, increasing in day count afterwards until you have seven necroposting offenses, i.e. a week-long ban: eight necroposting offenses will be a year-long ban from our Discussions board. This is unappealable for ANY reason.

If you survive that year-long ban and make an eighth necropost, this ban will become permanent.

Note that individual threads commented on within a similar timespan do not count as multiple necroposts. For instance, if a user necroposted three times within an hour, that would only count for a single offense. This rule will be treated at moderation's discretion. Necroposting on, say, 100 threads within an hour will likely become an immediate perma-ban from the board.

Please note that this rule is NOT being applied retroactively. Prior necroposts are being treated as if they never happened.

I know this place isn't the most active, but if I got enough participants, could I make one?

I've been stalking this place for quite a while now, and I was wondering if I needed permission from an admin or something.

I want a hunger games book 4 that has the communities suggestions in it. i think a lot more people would want to read/see that than the other hunger games books/movies.

Odds of winning: Between 20-1 and 60-1.

Personality: Shy but bubbly teenager who has a small group of friends at her school. She isn't dumb enough to volunteer willy nilly, but she isn't completely scared of the games. Instead, she is morbidly curious.

Backstory: She works on a massive farm that produces both apple trees and cofee plants. She and her family is working class. There are 2 family businesses, Coffee brewing and Apple harvesting. Her main job is harvesting and brewing the coffee beans but occationally harvests the apples and pears.

Interview angle: She is very direct but considerate to both the interviewer and the audience. And she jokes about winning the games then moving to The Capitol to either start or expand her coffee business.

Bloodbath stradegy: Unless there are specific supplies of game directly in her view, she will most likely run out of there. If there is game, specifically a riffle or a pack of knives, she will go fast but stealthy, but will attempt to lay low during the bloodbath. And will only kill if absolutely neccaceary.
