Personality: Meghan is a very kind-hearted and fun person to be around. She makes friends easily and quickly. Despite this she is very smart and can think quickly. She is resourceful enough to have been able to have been able to get out of many tight situations.
Backstory[]
Meghan lives with a more on the poor side family. Not wealthy, but also not poor, especially not for District 8. She has been working in the factories from the age of 8. Like most workers, she was treated quite badly. On her first day, the supervisor made her wear boots that had 10kg at the bottom of each, and he upped this later throughout her work. She made friends with most of the peacekeepers as her years went on and the factory.
At the age of 15 she was still wearing the now horribly tight 18kg boots. She would have to thank the supervisor however, since 7 years of wearing them had giving her massive muscle strength in each leg. On a normal work day, she was eating her lunch on her break. She looked to her right as a man started screaming run, but was cut of by the deafening and blinding explosion racing towards her. Her world went balck
She woke up next to fire all around her, and people running out the door. Most people had already left. She headed for the exit too. She had some injuries on her body, but nothing too serious. She turned atthe sound of a baby crying. Most people heard but kept on running for the exit as the warehouse was falling apart around them. She wouldn't dare. She turned around and headed for the other direction. There was structural beams falling from the roof around her, most had stacked up, in a way that blocked her path from her to the baby. She took off her boots and thanked her supervisor as she used her strong thighs to parkour and manouver over the beams, which burned her feet, but she persisted.
She found the baby eventually, next to her mother who had had her head smashed by a metal beam that fell. She scooped the baby up into her arms and parkoured, once again, over the fallen beams, making sure the child was safe from any danger. Her and the baby made it to safety. She was awarded a medal from the District 8 mayor, but continued to work in the factories after a couple months. Meghan's family adopted the baby that she saved.

Meghan will join an alliance. She would aim for a larger alliance of 4+ people, most likely an anti-careers type of alliance. She won't attempt to join the careers.
